El Castillo Sohail se encuentra en una pequeña colina en Fuengirola, construido en el siglo X. Se celebra eventos culturales, como el Festival Ciudad de Fuengirola, el Mercado Medieval y la Fiesta de la Cerveza. (http://www.andalucia.org/es/turismo-cultural/visitas/malaga/monumentos/castillo-de-sohail/) Merece la pena visitar el Museo de Historia de la Ciudad para aprender la historia de hace más de 2600 años y ver la exposición de piezas fenicias, romanas y árabes. 

Eventos deportivos hay también en verano como hidropedales, tirolinas, trampolinas, etc. Cerca encuentras un mini golf y mesas de pinpon.

Fuengirola tiene un paseo marítimo largo, aparte está el Puerto Pesquero de Fuengirola con muchos cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas,etc en alrededor.

Para los niños se puede visitar el zoologico Bioparc con sus actividades durante todo el día, las danzas africanas, etc (www.bioparcfuengirola.es) y también durante verano a disfrutar del Parque Acuático Mijas.

Para compras está el centro comercial Parque Miramar con cientos de tiendas y supermercado, cine, restaurantes, etc

Una de las ferias importante es La Feria Internacional de los Pueblos, se celebra durante el puente de Mayo. Se trata de una gran fiesta multicultural enormemente interesante e interactiva. La entrada es gratuita.

In the summer there are some sports events also such as pedal boats, zip lines, trampolines, etc. In the neighbourhood you can play mini golf and table tennis.

Along the maritime promenade there is a small fishing port with a lot of cafeteria's, restaurants and shops,etc in the surroundings.

For the children you can visit the zoo Bioparc with its activities during the whole day, African dances, etc (www.bioparcfuengirola.es) and in the summer you can enjoy the Waterpark Mijas.

For shopping you have the commercial center Parque Miramar with hundreds of shops, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, etc
